If you are over the age of 25 and have resided in the UK for a continuous period of at least 20 years you may be eligible to apply to remain in the UK under the ‘Private Life’ provisions.
If you are between the ages of 18 to 25 you may be eligible to apply if you have resided in the UK for a continuous period of at least half your life.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may be eligible to apply if you have resided in the UK for a continuous period of at least 7 years.
In most of the aforesaid cases, you will be eligible to apply for settlement in the UK, subject to satisfying all the relevant Rules. In the event that you do not satisfy all the Rules, you may nevertheless be eligible to apply for further leave to remain in the UK.
